Sun Valley isn’t really a hot or desirable area to live in the LA area.
It’s cheap for LA real estate but not cheap enough. The Zillow estimate has the home valued at $964K which is $25k less then what he has it listed for and not much more then what he paid for it back in 2006. From the Zillow records, it appears this is the 5th time in 3 years he has put it up for sale and the price keeps dropping.
